The return of glued tubular tires with patent defects will not be accepted, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine if any patent defect is present in the tire or tires. Tires should be dry mounted on a clean rim and thoroughly checked before gluing. This type of inspection should routinely be done on any tubular tire during the stretching process.


All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received, tires must not have been mounted. Buyer will be liable for original outbound shipping cost and E Bays' final value fee if we deduct the original outbound shipping fee from your E Bay refund. Outbound shipping cost paid through PayPal will not have the final value fee deducted from the refund.
