Three modules in fair but usable condition.

A3 - missing player's map but I have a photocopy of this which I will include (see pic).

U2 - all there

C1 - all there but perforated sheets have been taken out and one of them cut in half (which is fine as the contents are split anyway). All there.

All have pencil annotations and the odd stain. Usable rather than collectible, perhaps, though Dunwater is probably in the best shape.
