Salamence #19/97 cosmos holo version from ex Dragon set.

Card is overall MP condition.

Front shows some light scratching on the holo that's hard to see unless you zoom the photos and clouding near the top border.

Back shows some scratching and possible water damage along the bottom border. 

This card is EXTREMELY rare and a gorgeous addition to any collection.

Card was immediately double sleeved and top loaded after the photos.

Card is overall sturdy for sleeved play or placement in a binder.
