This lovely copy of the Hobby's Annual No. 20 from 1989 covers the period August 1989 TO July 1990. It includes the original free plans for design No. 1613 The Tudor Dolls House. Full instructions for completing the project are inside the magazine. It is a little discoloured with age with the odd crease or scuff. Plenty of diagrams an d illustrations with some colour photos.
