Delivery:

• All the sofas are dispatched within 3-5 working and delivered within 7-10 days.
• FREE delivery is only within 25 Miles from B90 1LR postcode. For address between 26-150 miles, delivery charge of £60 aplies ,for 151-190 delivery charge of £80 applies. We can also delivery to some area of Scotland (up to Glasgow ,Edingburgh ,Dundee but longer waiting times may occur) Please contact us for delivery charges if unsure 
• Extra charge of £20 for delivery below or above the ground floor which would be paid to the courier.

Terms & Conditions:

• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered and that they will fit through and openings to the room of your choice. In the event a delivery takes place and our drivers cannot gain access to the desired room the purchase will be left at the front door.  The delivery team are not responsible for any damage to your property where they cannot easily access the room of your choice.  You must ensure that access is clear and obstacles removed.  It is important that you are aware that you have a duty of care to the drivers and their health and safety on your property is your responsibility.




• Our drivers are very careful; however, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods or any damage to the purchase on site.




• The drivers will call you when they have a more accurate estimated delivery time.  If the team find that you are not in and no arrangements have been made for the receipt of your goods we will return the items to the warehouse.  A further delivery charge will be applied and another delivery slot will need to be booked.
• All items must be checked by the buyer before signing the delivery note. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note. Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note.
• All our products have a minimum of 6 months manufacturers warranty.  This is against manufacturing faults and failures and does not cover wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, pet damage, or misuse.  Our warranty does not extend to fibre cushion fillings or seats.  Fibre cushions need regular "plumping" and turning to extend their life.









All items are subject to return charge of £69 to cover the couriers transport cost.

We believe this will not be necessary.

You have the right to cancel & return items within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

You can message us via eBay's messaging service within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please describe the issue to us and we will surely be able to help you.

Important information: Please use the product only to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging with all accessories and packaging components. A sofa cannot be used and can not be assembled. Need to be in original packaging.

 

I would like to return my order - over 14 days

When shopping online, we need to bear in mind that a product might not always look as shown in photographs. In the photographs, we make every effort to ensure that each piece of furniture looks just like it does in reality. Nevertheless, it can happen that after 14 days a customer decides that they no longer want the armchair or sofa and wishes to return the previously purchased product. Unfortunately, after the term of 14 days has elapsed, there is nothing more we can do. You are not entitled to return the goods after this time has passed. If the product is defective or damaged, please message us within 24 hours from the time its delivered,if checked at the time of delivery and delivery sheet is signed to agree it was delivered in perfect condition, Our team will be able to advise you on further action.
