ICON Vehicle Dynamics` Ford Raptor Rear Hydraulic Bumpstop System has been through extensive R&D, testing, and tuning before ICON could introduce a product we were confident in labeling the most comprehensive Raptor bumpstop solution on the market.What does the bumpstop do? In short, a bumpstop`s job is to control the final up travel of the suspension. Many Raptor owners are using their vehicles beyond their intended design and are often loaded with additional weight, which when combined results in VERY high suspension impact speeds. The factory rear bumpstop is made of foam rubber and is limited on how much energy it can absorb.? Ford Raptors have a couple of unique issues that are problematic for proper control of bumpstop forces.? The factory rear bumpstops are mounted in a manner that allows for the rubber to squish out to the side of its mount, allowing metal to metal contact.? The frame surrounding the OEM bumpstop mount is not capable of these kinds of forces and with repeated abuse can lead to frame damage not covered by warranty.The more robust solution is a hydro-pneumatic bump shock or "air bump". ICON`s hydraulic bumpstop uses oil and nitrogen to do two tasks: function as a spring and a shock. An internal nitrogen charge is compressed when the air bump is compressed to act as a spring, similar to the OEM bumpstop. The difference is hydraulic air bumps are adjustable and can be tuned to have low impact forces at the beginning of the travel, and ramp theoretically to infinity at the end. Unlike the factory bumpstop, ICON`s hydraulic bumpstop incorporates oil along with a damping piston internally to control the amount of energy that is returned to the suspension, reducing the vehicles tendency to kick. The oil and damping piston also control the compression of the air bump relative to speed which is important for Raptors hitting obstacles at extreme speeds.Our resulting dynamic system is one that is soft and compliant allowing full suspension travel at slow speeds, yet at high speeds will create very high forces to resist bottoming out. ICON`s Ford Raptor hydraulic bumpstop system uses a 2.5" travel air bump allowing the shock additional distance to control energy, and does not interfere with suspension travel under normal driving conditions. The clamshell bracket design with triangulated cross braces not only gives a rigid mounting point for the air bump, it helps support a known weak part of the frame prone to failure.

We provide limited warranty for each brand of product we sell. Most of the brand products offer limited lifetime warranty.
If you have a warranty issue please contact us in order to get it processed. Typically we charge for a replacement shock to be shipped out and once you install it and ship them bad shock bad and if we find it to be defective we issue a refund for the replacement shock that was sent. Minor oil leak in the shock is usually not considered a warranty issue.
We will not give a refund on any parts that have not been pre-approved. We require that you contact us by email or through eBay return process (if it is a whole order that needs to be returned) for a RA# number & instructions prior to returning any parts.
RA must be requested up to 30 days after the item is delivered. Any RA requested after the 30 day cutoff will be declined. Item cannot be installed or attempted to be installed, and must be returned in perfect sellable condition in order to receive the full credit. Item must be received by us up to 30 days after the RMA is requested.
Incorrect/damaged merchandise MUST be reported 3 days after receiving the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the returned item. All return merchandise must be insured for/or greater than the original purchase price at customer's price to cover the entire contents of the products and packaging. Products damaged during the return ship process back to the shipping warehouse are the full responsibility of the customer and the shipping company in which the customer chooses.
Any and all return requests will be handled at the discretion of Dvinternational company.
All orders that are canceled before the package has been processed for shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 5% whichever is greater.
Orders that are canceled after they are processed and packaged for shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Packages that are refused at the time of delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all return shipping fees will be deducted from return credit.

We try our best to ship orders within 24 hours. Most in stock parts ship the same day that the order is placed if before 2PM MST. Average transit days within USA: 2-5 business days.
We have several stocking warehouses across USA & Canada and ship products from the closest stocking warehouse to you. Fastest delivery we’ve seen was on the next day. You may even pick up from a stocking warehouse if that warehouse permits us to do so. We ship most of our orders with Fedex and UPS, but still some orders can be shiped with USPS.
We will make no guarantees on delivery date or shipping date regardless of shipping method selected. All shipping times do not include the day of the shipment, holidays, or weekends. Our business hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PST.
Some or all packages we ship may require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If on the 3rd attempt no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for all return shipping to us and any charges to re-ship the package back to you.
Attention! Shipments to apo or fpo addresses will have to be coordinated beforehand in order to calculate total shipping.
We do take international orders and ship them from a separate warehouse which might take additional days to ship. For all international orders we use USPS: Express Mail Service.
