For all refunds OR exchanges the following conditions apply. Please read carefully:

• Items must be returned in its original condition and can be resold, unworn and with all tags on item within 30 days of purchase.
• The return will be at the buyers expense. In some exceptions the free return label may be provided.
• Refunds and exchanges will only be given once the item has been received.
• A cover note specifying your eBay id should also be included.

We dispatch all orders on the same working day if the order confirmed till 12:00 hrs from Monday-Friday. We prefer to send our all Free post through Royal Mail 48 Hours delivery service. Royal Mail 24 Hours (1-2 days) and Special Delivery next day by 4:00 PM is also available.

All the payments through eBay platform are accepted e.g., (eBay managed payment and PayPal)
