This is the board game Electronic Arcade Mania, by Milton Bradley, from 1983.

It appears to be complete and in working and pretty nice condition. I tested it with 6 AA batteries (which are not included).

There’s some scuffing on the box, as well as some dirt and bits of surface paper removed. The corners are all intact.
