In antique condition. The spine is falling apart. This comes from an estate in Salem, Ohio so has local clippings as well as from other nearby places, Pittsburgh etc. There are not many dates but I saw a few, from the 1860s to the 1910s. Includes several antique wedding invitations.

The original book is of architectural drawings. The Kittredge Cornice & Ornament Company. If you are interested in that part of this item, there are around 60 pages of the original book that are unglued. See photos for exact condition.
