4th installment of the  "Attack of the Giant Robots!" saga. It was an 8 week story that fascinated boys & adults across The USA & Canada. 5 months after this story ran, DC published Action Comics #36 with Fred Ray copying this story to create the cover, which answers the question, "why was Superman battling robots on the cover but not inside the story?"

 

This Sunday saga was also used to create the second Superman cartoon released through Paramount pictures in 1941, "The Mechanical Monsters. A very historic story sequence that is vital to comic book history.
