Clicmotor undertakes to observe the current legislation on distance sales. All prices are to be understood to the public and, therefore, including VAT.

For purchases where the invoice is needed, it must be requested during the payment phase between the notes to the seller or at the same time to the order through eBay messaging. For reasons of tax recordings, subsequent requests (the day following the order or higher) will be refused.

In the case of active proposals and accepted the maximum time for payment is 8 days, after which we use the right to cancel the order.

Delivery
The preparation of the order requires approximately 1/2 working days starting from the first useful working day following the date of purchase.
The delivery usually takes place in 24/48 following the order for Italy, Saturday and Sunday excluded through the GLS or BRT couriers.
Deliveries in the rest of Europe approximately 6/7 days from the date of order with Internation Corriere.

In the case of shipments to Europe after 2 delivery attempts, the package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop point.
The tracking code is loaded on the eBay platform or communicated by email.

If your package turns out to be in stock, we will warn you asking you to add information to unlock the same.

Return
All you need to do is give us news of your intention to return the object, through the eBay messaging and it will be our care to provide you with all the instructions on the matter.
The right to withdraw from the sales contract does not apply if you have purchased tailor -made or customized products.

The return will be refunded as soon as possible according to the internal workload.

If you have received the defective product, please contact us as soon as possible through Ebay's messaging and it will be our care, provide the indications to better manage the practice, authorizing you to the return at your expense, which in the event of confirmation defect will be refunded.

If the article received does not correspond to what is ordered, we ask you not to open the package and to contact us to receive instructions on the matter.

You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same. Therefore, if the returned assets are damaged and/or missing parties and/or irremediable damage to the package you will reply the decrease in the value of the property, and you will be entitled to reimbursement of the amount equal to the residual value of the product.

To this end, therefore, you are invited not to manipulate the asset beyond what is strictly necessary to establish whether the produced is suitable and functional for your needs.
