GÜD for ALL (multivitamin) was made with the goal of creating the highest quality multivitamin available. Most vitamins on the market are made with cheap inactive forms of vitamins that aren't able to be utilized by the body. They are also filled with fillers & binders. These speed up vitamin production, bringing down cost, but result in a lower quality end product. We strove to add in the highest quality and most active vitamin forms available. For example we use:
  • Benfotiamine (B1) - A fat soluble form of vitamin B1, providing great absorption in the body*
  • 5-MTHF (folate) - The active form of folate*
  • Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (B6) - The active form of B6*
  • Methylcobalamim (B12) - the active form of B12*
  • CDP Choline (citicholine) - a highly absorbable form of choline*
  • Vitamin K1 & K2 (MK7) - providing the best quality forms for blood and bone health*
We also know many people don't do well with citrate forms of vitamins, due to citric acid commonly being derived from Aspergillus. Due to this we avoided all citrate forms of minerals.

We also eliminated any unnecessary fillers or binders that others use to speed up production (which lowers their production cost). These fillers and binders decrease absorption and, for many, cause inflammation.
