I got this from an attic I cleaned out years ago. It had been stored with others in a shoebox. Since I've had it, it's been in a plastic sleeve. The envelope is not sealed. The envelope is not torn, but the imprint has gone through to the back not the coloring just a design and it also looks like writing from an envelope that was behind it may have been picked up. Also, I'm not sure what is written on the top of the design. It may be 11th in Roman numerals, but then I don't know what's after that.
