The metal front panel face off the dash ashtray.

In orange with patina and has the original gear shift pattern on it. Manual gear shift version.

The nut on the back that secures it to ashtray body is a bit rusted. See pics

Some rusty areas

Some plusgas / wd40 soak and it should free up.
