About very good. Some light wear on the book itself, small stamp on the bottom of the textblock. Clean and unmarked. The jacket has some shelf rubbing, some edge wear, about 3" tear at the top front as you can see. That spot you see on the front cover was where I cleaned a spot, it's dry now.
