The Made in Japan Traditional series is the result of combining Fender's traditional instrument-making aesthetics with Japan's sophisticated craftsmanship. Fender's authentic DNA is revived with solid Made in Japan quality.

The Made in Japan Traditional Jazz Bass features a gloss-finished basswood body. The 9.5-inch radius U-shaped maple neck with 20 vintage-style frets provides the classical playability unique to the Traditional series. The 4-saddle vintage-style bridge and original pickups selected for the Traditional series produce a realistic and musical vintage tone. This series reflects solid guitar craftsmanship and a flexible response to the needs of players.
