Items ordered before 12pm (Monday-Friday) are normally dispatched the same day. Items received after 12pm are normally sent next working day.

Next Day express courier option is not available to some remote areas, Highland & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc. If in doubt, please ask before ordering.
 
Next Day express courier is for Monday to Friday delivery only.


Returns

Buyers may return any unused/unwanted item within 30 days of receipt of order.
 
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
 
Item exchanges may incur additional cost to cover delivery cost.
 
Damaged/Faulty/incorrect item sent needs to be notified to us with 3 working days of receipt of order.
