This diesel injection fuel pump driver module is a new, aftermarket replacement part. It is a direct replacement for a damaged or malfunctioning module.

It mounts on the diesel injection pump and helps control the operation of the pump.
After years of hot and cold cycles, this driver tends to start malfunctioning. For the original units, there is a very high failure rate.

Many diesel pump failures are misdiagnosed by mechanics thinking that the actual injector pump may have burned out when in actuality the problem lies with the electric module.
