Each postage stamp in the issue has an additional UAH 8.00 face value, which is intended for charitable purposes.

Many people leave their homes, their loved ones and go to safe places. The enemy has not yet arrived in Zaporozhye. I stay at home and do my best to help my people in this unequal and bloody struggle.
