Orders under 90 lbs can ship the same day if paid before 3p ET, M-F.
All palletized freight orders 90-3000 lbs ship within 1 business day of full payment.
Liftgate service is not included in the price of palletized freight: commercial address is required.
Buyer may arrange their own shipping if desired. ALL necessary paperwork must be filled out by buyer and received by RCI 1 business day ahead of pickup.
Shipping Outside the US
Buyer is responsible all duties, customs and import taxes.
We recommend DHL or UPS for international parcel. We have found USPS International unreliable and untraceable, at times taking weeks to deliver.
Shipping USPS international is at your own risk: if your package is lost or damaged you will not receive refund or replacement.
We can ship orders under 90 lbs on your account with UPS, FedEx or DHL.
