Manufacturer was Akkar Silah Sanayi Ltd. of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey. Importer was Samco Global Arms, Inc. / SGAI of Miami, the Charles Daly Importer from 2012 until 2015. Production dates ranged from 2007 until 2014. Construction is steel tube and spring, polymer retainer and shell follower; and alloy magazine cap that mates to the retainer’s tooth type detents.  Schematic part numbers are 16 Magazine Tube; 17 Magazine Follower; 18 Magazine Spring; 19 Magazine Spring Retainer; and 21 Magazine Cap. Finish is matte or brushed surface blued steel.  Surface detractions are miminal, principally occasional operation and disassembly marks on the outside.
