X-Rare 1930s Bimetallic St. Christopher Dash Plaque/Medal w/ Enamel & Guilloché

Description:
Unusual and highly detailed St. Christopher dash plaque made in two metals, likely bronze and silver, with a deeply struck central figure in high relief.

The saint is shown carrying the Child Jesus across the river, rendered with exceptional depth and fine detail.

The piece is framed by bands of white and lavender porcelain enamel over a delicate guilloché pattern, giving it a striking Art Deco appearance. It features two small mounting holes on either side and was likely intended for use on a vehicle. Probably made in France, circa 1920/1930s.

Dimensions:
3 inches (7.4 cm) wide.

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age. No cracks or chips to the enamel. Mounting holes are intact. The overall surface retains a soft patina that enhances its antique character.
