Each 44-3 probe is individually plateaued in 25V increments using a calibrated Ludlum 2200 scaler to determine optimal operating voltage and discriminator settings. These performance specifications are documented and included with each individual probe.
We guarantee every unit to be fully functional and free of defects for one year from delivery. If any issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
The guarantee does not cover physical damage, abuse, or contamination of the scintillator face. These are precision detectors and should be handled with care.
Repair services are available for most issues at a reasonable cost if needed.
