Our story began in 1886 when Walter Whittard began selling the finest tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in London with the approach to buy the best. Serving Suggestion: We recommend the following:

• Black Tea - use water boiled to 98°C/208°F and let the bag infuse for 3-5 minutes before removing.
• Green and White Tea -use water boiled to between 55-75°C/131-167°F and let the bag infuse for 2-3 minutes before removing.
• Number of servings (using 1 tea bag per cup): 25 cups of each tea – that’s a grand total of 150 cups!
