Each probe is thoroughly tested using a calibrated Ludlum Model 2200 Scaler and verified for consistent response to alpha, beta, and gamma radiation.
We guarantee every unit to be fully functional and free of defects for one year from delivery. If any issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
This guarantee does not cover popped mica windows, impact damage, or misuse. These are sensitive instruments—please handle with care.
Repair services for most issues are available for a reasonable fee if needed.
