All That Jazz Vintage 90s dress in black 69% acetate 31% nylon velvet. The velvet has a cast of a reddish purple in the light. High cut waist with back vent and a darted bust with long sleeves. Closes with a nylon back zipper. Tagged a vintage 4 which should fit a modern S but please check below for best fit. Material has no stretch.            Bust 36'' Waist Empire 28'' Hips 38'' Length 33'' Shoulder to Shoulder 15'' Sleeve Length 22.5'' Areas of velvet nap need brushing as they catch the light as seen in photos. One button is missing a tiny rhinestone.
