This is a heavy vintage The Club #0298N anti-theft steering wheel lock.
It is red with black handle and hardware.
It only comes with 1 key.
It measures approximately 22 3/8" long in the closed position, and will extend to 30".
It is in very good condition, although it is slightly dirty from storage in a garage for who knows how long.
