This is a splendid Bench Made Finely detailed wonderful Jewelry Specimen. More brilliant flashes than photos show.  Spider Web Opal was available for a short time and is now quite limited.  The pieces of raw opal are cut and polished by hand and then inset in Solid Sterling Silver.  Spider Web Opal has many fine lines in the gemstone that are like fine strands of spider silk-hence the name.

This takes many, many hours to create.

Note the camera does not reveal the intense brilliant color, and for some reason does not show the red as well as other colors. Note: price can easily be wiped off with alcohol,
