The Vizelex Cine ND Throttle reduces the light transmission by one level in its “Min” position. The adapter helps maintain a shallow depth of field in bright conditions and eliminates the hassle of changing filters every time exposure changes. With the filter on the back, the image quality is better than if the same filter were placed on the front of a lens. The variable ND filter is made of optical polycarbonate (CR39) for clarity and durability.

• The automatic FUSION features are specifically designed for D/SLR photographic lenses, and although cinema and/or broadcast style lenses may physically fit on the mount, the electronic features may not work depending on the lens used.• Although EF-S lenses can be mounted and will work, due to the nature of the APS-C crop factor of the lens, they are not recommended on the larger GFX format as vignetting is inevitable.• Autofocus may be disabled on older Canon lenses and some third-party lenses (Sigma, Tamron and Tokina lenses).• Third party lenses like Sigma or Tamron lenses have more problems with autofocus.• Autofocus may be slow or not work at all on lenses of different models and even on different lenses of the same model.• Lenses with longer focal lengths tend to have more autofocus problems with the auto adapter.• Not all Canon compatible lenses perform equally well depending on: internal lens motors, firmware versions, lens age, etc.• Continuous AF and Video AF are not supported as the performance may be unsatisfactory.• Switching between image and video may cause the camera to freeze.• Switching aperture levels in video mode may result in white flashes in the video.• Certain video modes may cause the camera to freeze.

Updating the firmware version
* AT Currently this firmware only works on PCs. We are actively working to fix this for MAC OS
. 1. Download the ZIP file from the link above and unzip the file.
2. Connect the EOS FXRF Pro Fusion adapter (if the adapter drive folder does not open automatically, locate and open the adapter drive folder).
3. Drag the extracted files into the adapter drive folder
. 4. Wait for the copying process to complete. The adapter folder window may disappear.
5. When you're finished, eject the adapter drive from the computer.
