Buyer should view the photos to assist in Buyer's decision to purchase.  Return accepted within 14 days of receipt of item by Buyer only if item is not as described.  Buyer must contact Seller in writing and with photos indicating in which way the item is not as described.  If a return is agreed upon, Buyer is responsible for USPS Ground Advantage Shipping costs and MUST include Tracking as well as Insurance.  Item cannot have been used and pattern cannot have been cut.  Refund shall not be issued until Seller receives and inspects item.
