Sifter is new and unused but has light scuffs from being stored in the cabinet (shown in photos).
Measures approximately 4.25" tall x 3" wide.
Notice in the first photo the shaker doesn't sit evenly on the base, that's how it was made, it is not meant to come of the base best I can tell. Has a stopper on the bottom for adding powder--not perfect but works perfectly.
