Delivery:

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day, 99% orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched that same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next working day. We work with our couriers who have a 98% accuracy for their next day and 3–5-day service. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. Returns / Refund:

We will issue refund all items which:
- Are returned to us within 60 days of receipt.
- Buyer pays for return postage
- Are returned to us in original condition, with their original packaging and with the labels attached.
- Used items are non-returnable and due to the hygiene reasons underwear are non-returnable.
