This is a genuine antique Japanese woodblock print sourced from Bijutsu Sekai (volume 23), which was edited by Watanabe Seitei
Bijutsu Sekai was a set of magazines / books published between 1890 and 1893. The term means 'World of Art'.
It's an original print from the period stated, and not a later reproduction of any kind. Please see the final photo for an image of the actual book from which it was sourced.
The paper shows a little ageing, but is in very good overall condition for over 130 years of age and is ready for framing.
It measures around 21 x 14cm.
