In the initial phase we deal with the purchase of the means to be demolished, we check the state and before disassembling we test all the components, in particular those subject to wear. All spare parts that do not pass our tests are set aside and correctly disposed of.
Once the disassembly phase is finished, the cleaning of each individual component takes place using only specific products; We do not wash, for example, electrical components and engines with water!
At this point the spare parts are ready to be photographed, described (we point out any defects and the particularities), we create the appropriate insertion and we establish them in the warehouse producing the relative recognition code. The exceptions are reported in insertion and are all those spare parts that cannot be tested or that, despite having defects, are still partially reusable and/or repair. One of the last phases, but no less important for this, is packaging. Being very sensitive to the environment and waste, we try as far as possible to use recycled packaging material (both coming from new processing and recovery) without ever losing the quality and protective capacity of the packaging itself.
One of our goals is to pass as little time as possible from the conclusion of the order to the reception of the goods, nowadays we realize that the mobility is very important and that no one can afford to stay on foot for long periods, also for this reason we have a vast "ready delivery" assortment.
Finally, we dedicate a lot of attention to pre and after -sales assistance. We always try to guarantee a quick response and in any case within 24 hours later.
