Generally all orders will be received within 2-3 weeks. We attempt to get all orders sent as soon as we can however please allow some time as items are unique and handmade to order.
Exchanges & Returns
We hope you will love your purchase from us, however if you do want to return it for any reasont, we have a 60 day no quibble return policy.
Please ensure that all items are adequately protected and packaged. We would suggest that items are enclosed in bubble wrap and are boxed. For your further protection, we would suggest that all items are sent by a "tracked" service.
Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Most tracked services include insurance cover whilst the goods are in transit, consequently, should your return be mislaid you are covered to the value of the item.
