We test your sink before shipment to ensure impermeability and proper drainage with a standard open grid drain. The opening is 1-5/8". We use the testing drains: Keeney Model# K820-74BN or Luxier Model# DS05-TB-V. These are standard sized.

This sink is handmade from a single stone. Small fissures may be visible.

All shipments include insurance for your convenience and protection.

Our products arriving damaged is rare, but sometimes it happens. If this occurs, please document the damage so we can refund or replace your item. You need to send us images of the damaged item, the box, all the packing material, and a tracking sticker within 24 hours of delivery. Do not throw away any of these items. We will need this to facilitate an insurance claim and process a replacement.

Return Policy:

A 10% restocking fee applies to all elective returns. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs.
