Introducing the OA-D3OAK Optical Accessory Kit

This essential accessory set for Dwarf 3 owners, with its threaded, flocked dew shield and magnetic filter holder, guards against moisture and unwanted stray light, helping to increase the contrast in images. Compatible with both 2 inch and 1.25 inch filters with the included adapter plate, it's a versatile and must-have addition to Dwarflab Dwarf 3.

  • 2 x 2" filter holders

  • 1 x 2" to 1.25" adapter plate

  • 1 x M42 blanking plate to protect the wide angle lens should you wish to use your own solar filter.

  • 1 x Flocked dew / light shield to help improve image contrast by reducing the entry of stray light into the system and helps protect against dew/frost.

  • 1 x Bhatinov mask

  • 2 x Diffraction spike masks (4 and 6 spike)

  • 1 x Carrying bag

The photos show how the blanking plate covers one of the apertures, the other aperture MUST have a solar filter in place before use, failure to do so and pointing your Dwarf 3 at the sun will permanently damage it's sensor. The photos are there to illustrate the placement of the cap only.
