The Creality K1 Speedy 3D Printer, with its stunning speed, will kindle people's zeal for 3D printing. A fast speed cuts printing time and raises efficiency. It uses less energy for the same output, making it more eco-friendly. Most importantly, it focuses on the pure joy of creation.
Crazy 600 mm/s, the K1 is 12 times faster than a regular FDM 3D printer. Now, sit tight for the thrill of breathtaking speed. The 600 mm/s speed is achieved at Creality Lab in the Surface Mode with a 0.1mm layer height. The typical speed is 300 mm/s. The travel speed is 800 mm/s.
With 20000 mm/s2 acceleration, K1 ramps up to 600 mm/s in only 0.03 s, delivering full speed in 90 percent of the printing time.
A large fan on the print head with air ducts cools the model directly. An 18-watt auxiliary fan in the build chamber enhances the cooling effect, too.
The model hardens before any stringing or warping can happen. It allows support-free bridges and overhangs.
The latest self-developed slicer, Creality Print 4.3, includes rich presets, and streamlines the slicing process into three simple stages. Even better, it bolsters high-speed printing with variable line width, arc path, and so on.
Sticky and heat-resistant, it works well with a wide range of filaments. The finely frosted surface makes the model's bottom fine and smooth. Bendable for quick print removal.
K1 is assembled and calibrated before shipment and offers a boot-up quick guide. Just start printing the moment your K1 arrives.
Give a tap, and K1 will self-test the extruder, heatbed, camera-optional, fan, leveling, etc. Any abnormality detected will prompt the display. So, users can proceed confidently without a hitch.
An array of strain sensors is embedded in the heatbed to generate an accurate leveling mesh. The whole process happens on its own after the printing starts. You do not need to lift a finger or pay any attention.
The frame of the K1 is built with rigid die-cast aluminum alloy parts. It enables steady printing at high speed. And the print quality was excellent the whole time.
The aluminum alloy heatbed spreads heat uniformly and quickly. It reaches 60 degrees C in only the 180s.
K1 can print via USB drive or Wi-Fi. With a network connection, K1 can be controlled or monitored remotely from Creality Print, Creality Cloud APP, or the Web. Cluster control is also allowed when many K1 printers are online. Once the printing is complete or abnormal, a notice will be sent to your phone or PC. No more close watching.
A G-sensor in the printhead measures the resonance frequencies of high-speed printing and auto-tunes the printer to mitigate them. No more ghosting or ringing on the print.
Looking cool and awesome, the K1 is the compactest among the FDM 3D printers of a similar build volume. It is easy to fit on your desk or workbench.
The upgraded Z-axis with more accurate positioning reduces Z-banding effectively. The texture has never been so subtle.
