It is not signed but was most likely make by The Harker Pottery Company.
It is about 7 1/2" wide.
It is in excellent condition. There is no damage. There is light but visible crazing commensurate with age. There is no discoloration or surface wear. There is an insignificant small stray spot of gold near the outer rim at about 2:30 o'clock (see picture #1). This piece displays very well.
Regarding combined shipping. In most cases, several pieces can be shipped in a single box. When this occurs, I will credit the purchaser's account any shipping difference. In-other-words, I charge exact shipping for same time multiple purchases. I cannot issue these credits until I've purchased the postage so it may take a day or two. I do this often. I have never had a discrepancy complaint. My customers are in very good hands.
