Lightweight belt mounted regulator with high airflow rates (170 to 305 litres per minute) makes the V-500E supplied air regulator ideal for hot and strenuous welding conditions.
The 3M V-500E regulator provides a required minimum protection factor of 100+ for mechanically and thermally generated particles and conforms to Australian & New Zealand Standard AS/NZS1716 (respiratory protection).
The exclusive airflow pattern of the welding respiratory helmets evenly distributes a constant level of filtered air throughout the entire breathing zone of the welder. A diffuser spreads out the airflow pattern for your maximum comfort.
The airline supply (supplied via a compressor) must be of breathable quality meeting the performance standards of AS/NZS1716. Oil, mist, water vapour or non-toxic, unpleasant odours are removed from the compressed air through use of a breathing air filtration system which connects to the V-500E regulator through a breathable air hose. The Quick Release Swivel (QRS) allows for one handed connection and release. The self-adjusting length means the hose is always kept close to the welder to prevent snagging on surrounding objects.
The V-500E Regulator features an integrated low flow warning whistle and a silencer that reduces the regulator’s noise level to less than 65 dBA – the equivalent of a typical conversation.

SHIPPING
• Orders are processed each week day Monday to Friday.
• We will ship your order either via a private courier, or via Australia Post tracking service with signature required upon delivery (you can request "Authority to Leave" with no signature if required).
• Usually, if your payment is received after 11:00am, or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day.
• Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment.
• We do allow local pick up and our warehouse is located in Greenacre
• If there's ever a problem with an order, we'll contact you ASAP.
 
We will ship your order same day if your order is received before 10am. Sydney delivery should take 1-2 days. Brisbane and Melbourne should take 2-3 days. Adelaide and Hobart should take 3-4 days. Perth and Darwin can take 7 to 10 days. Regional areas can take between 3-10 days depending on what state the delivery is going to.
 
If you opt to sign for a delivery, someone must be present at the delivery address during business hours to receive & sign, if no-one is available you must put a note in the order instructions along with a suggested time and date for delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if this process is not followed.

We do allow store pick up from our Greenacre warehouse. You can place an order online and pay either using your card or paypal account. If this item is in stock, you will be able to collect it instantly, to check stock once you have purchased an item please email us to confirm when you can pick up. Stock is not guaranteed until we have reserved stock for you under your order number. Please wait for a confirmation email of the order being 'ready for pickup' before coming in-store to pickup. Please quote your order number when you come to the store. Pickup time is during our business hours which is 9-4pm. Orders are usually cancelled after 7 days if it has not been picked up or no form of communication or response has been received.
