This vintage Hamilton tambour mantle clock is suitable for parts, repair, or restoration.
Runs for a few minutes and stops. Might be an easy fix for someone with experience.
Chimes nicely on the hour and half hour.
Measures approximately 16" L x 4.5" W x 8" H
The wooden clock case is in overall good vintage condition, with a few light nicks and scratches. One side has some light paint overspray, and there is a cracked spot as seen in pictures 5 and 6.
Clock face is in decent condition, and the hinged cover opens and closes securely.
Movement is marked: HYL, Hamilton, W-Germany, P. L. 12 cm, Western Germany, 7 72
The pendulum has heavy wear on one side.
Along with the key, there were instructions hand written on a paper bag inside the clock.
