New without the box, it does have the official MLB sticker on the bottom.  This super cool D-backs mug has an awesome rattlesnake on the front, it is raised to add to the design.  The other side has the D-Backs Logo.  This is a high quality mug and would make a great gift for a Diamond Back fan.
