Anchor to the National Button Society 1941 Ring from L. Erwina Couse.

This is a souvenir from the 1941 National Button Society and was from L. Erwina Couse who wrote books on button collecting. The card has wear and creases to it. The button is a black anchor button and measures 9/16 inches across.
