Artist Biography:

Professor Jim Hopper was a distinguished faculty member at the University of Mount Union. In 1990, he delivered a lecture titled "The Objective Image: An Artist's Research" as part of the university's Faculty Lecture Series. His teaching approach was characterized by a systematic and disciplined design framework, which significantly influenced and nurtured the artistic growth of his students. ​

After retiring from Mount Union College, Professor Hopper relocated to Tucson, Arizona from Malvern, Ohio.
