Verify that your module matches the product photo

Remove your module.
Carefully pack and ship it to us

Please send the module WITH the pump and motor. Separating these pieces increases the chance your module will be damaged during shipping and reinstallation.
If you choose to send the module WITHOUT the pump and motor we will not pay for shipping if prongs are inserted wrong and ruin the module again.
We rebuild it and ship it back to you

PLEASE include the following when sending your module to us:
Year, Make, and Model of the vehicle the module is out of
Description of the issues you are having with your module
Contact information or PayPal receipt with a phone number we can reach you at
Wrap the module in bubble wrap inside a brand new cardboard box
Allow several inches of padded space between the module and inner walls of the box
Modules not packaged carefully can, and will, break while in transit
You can never have enough bubble wrap
Pack as you would fine china or glass
Do not use shredded paper or packing peanuts as it may end up inside the module
Include your PayPal invoice, or hand written sheet of paper with your return shipping address, email and phone number
Use FedEx, USPS or UPS to ship your module to us (FedEx Ground return shipping back to you is included in the auction price. If you would like your module shipped faster please select a different shipping option.)
