The Switch is the 2-Position, 5-Wire Type.  Tested, fully functional & ready to be mounted. There are several Part Numbers for this switch.  The most common numbers are:  39595 & 54033666.  This Switch contains no parts made by SPARX.


Top Push Button       = Headlight Flasher

Center Lever             = "Centered" for Low Beam or "Up" for  High Beam  

Bottom Push Button =  Horn
