Beta Sigma Phi sorority t-shirt. Founded over 90 years ago, the Betas were originally the National "What To Read Club" for young women. Eventually, the organization changed their mission and their name to represent the first letters of the Greek words for life, learning, and friendship. These days, the Betas boast over 200,000 members worldwide and, in addition to hosting social events, they publish an arts magazine called The Torch.
