Gents 1975 Swiss Hamilton Tritium British Military Issued RAF 6BB Watch

This 50 year old military watch in superb condition and highly collectable for military enthusiasts

Hamilton produced this watch for the RAF under the 6BB mark between 1973 and 1976 with only 2,000 in production 

Brushed stainless steel tonneau case made in single block with front removal of movement to improve water resistance with fixed lugs

Marked arrow for MOD with military reference numbers 6BB-6645-99, 523-8290 and 7467/75 to case back

Pristine black dial with Hamilton and military arrow and T for tritium, the original 1960s - 70s material used to make dials luminescent, a mark that guarantees the originality of the dial
Crisp white numbers and sword hands with outer minute track and luminescent dots

Comes on a bold NATO strap

38 mm including crown 36 mm without crown 41.2 mm lug to lug and 10.1 mm depth approximately 

This comes with a Swiss Hamilton 649 17 Jewels hacking movement - when crown fully pulled out seconds stop and group set allowed for precision timings during military manoeuvres
