This is a promo CD single.  These typically contain only one song, and were send to radio stations for on-air play.  These were produced in very limited quantities, and are now collector's items.  This particular release is a disc only - no inserts.  It will be packed in a paper sleeve and inserted between two sheets of thick cardboard to protect the CD from damage.  You only receive what is pictured.
