This is a promo CD single.  These typically contain only one song, and were send to radio stations for on-air play.  These were produced in very limited quantities, and are now collector's items.  This particular CD only comes with a back insert, and will be shipped in a plastic sleeve, not a jewel case.  It will be packed between two sheets of thick cardboard to protect the CD and insert from damage.  You only receive what is pictured along with your disc.
